Eduardo Elizondo serves as Medical Director for MediSys Rehabilitation, Inc. Dr. Elizondo is a board certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed his residency in PM&R at Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. In addition to being co-chief resident, he served as a clinical instructor in the training program. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and a fellow of the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Medicine. His training and expertise in PM&R have led Dr. Elizondo to develop care plans for patients who have suffered catastrophic injuries such as spinal cord, brain injuries, and other maladies. He is a Certified Life Care Planner and has been a consultant with MediSys for over 15 years. He has over 20 years of experience in his chosen specialty.
